What is constipation

What is Constipation ?  Constipation is said to be less than once in 3 days, which can be temporary, due to nutritional conditions, or may be present as chronic constipation.

Constipation is also referred to as severe exhaustion and severe exhaustion, which is what we call “severe exhaustion syndrome”.

 

Symptoms of chronic constipation :

Repeat less than 2 times a week

Hard stool

Too much force

Feeling a stumbling block

Need help with excretion, such as pressing the abdomen by hand or pushing the chops into the abdomen and the like

If there are more than two of these symptoms within three months, chronic constipation is called.

 

Constipation Factors :

1- Factors that cause a blockage at the outlet.

E: Internal prolapse or rectocele

2- nerve agent that the colon (large intestine) or rectum (colorectal) control

 D: Spinal cord injury

E: Strokes

3- Disorders of the muscles that control excretion.

 A: Anal Muscle Disorder Not Relaxed at the Right Time. Known as the paradox of puborectalis muscle.

B: Incompatibility of pelvic floor muscles

 C: Pelvic floor muscles

4- Hormonal Factors

A: Diabetes

B: hyperthyroidism

C: Pregnancy

D: hypothyroidism

 

Risk Factors for Constipation :

  • Old age
  • Female
  • dehydration
  • Insufficient dietary fiber
  • Sedentary
  • Taking drugs that reduce bowel function, such as: antidepressants, blood pressure medications and opiates
  • Mental – neurological problems such as depression or eating disorders

 

Complications of constipation :

  • Swelling and large hemorrhoids
  • Fisher anal (anal ulcer)
  • Stool accumulates in the rectum and creates stiff, large stools that cause obstruction and ulceration in the anus
  • Rectal prolapse

 

Constipation Prevention :

  • Consume enough fiber in your diet each day
  • Reduce consumption of fast foods and fast foods
  • Abundant water consumption
  • Regular exercise
  • Reducing stress
  • No stool maintenance
  • Regular excretion, especially after meals
  • Regular excretion training and adequate fiber consumption from childhood
