Home Remedies for Constipation

Constipation, also known as tightening the abdomen, causes one’s abdomen to malfunction.  Home remedies for constipation are possible through a healthy diet, fiber, fats and fruits, and diabetic and hypothyroid patients should take the necessary measures to prevent this disease so they do not need treatment.

 

Home Remedies for Constipation

The best fruit tested for the treatment of constipation is fig, which you can use in several ways.

When dry, eat figs (fresh or dried) like nuts a few hours at a time.

Sprinkle a few drops of dried figs every night with water to cover the figs completely.  Eat water and figs in the morning.

If you have severe constipation, be sure to dip the fig in milk and eat fast.

If it still doesn’t work and you have constipation, soak the figs in olive oil and eat in the morning fast.

A decoction of about 20 grams of marshmallow or enema will cure severe constipation.  This, of course, also disinfects the stomach and heals its wounds.

Eating cucumbers removes constipation.

Eating cooked leeks before meals or with meals or in soups or soups will relieve constipation.

Pour five grams of rhubarb root in 1 liter of boiling water and allow it to stand for 20 minutes and cook until slightly cooled.  That is, eat it warm.  Alternatively, dissolve five grams of rhubarb root powder in a glass of lukewarm water and sweeten with a little honey and stir well.  Eat one cup each day before each meal.  The two cases mentioned are very useful for the treatment of constipation.

Mix about a gram of iris root powder in a glass of lukewarm water with a spoonful of honey and eat in the morning.  This mixture is one of the best lubricants and laxatives.

People with constipation will consume one or two tablespoons of olive oil every morning and mix it with a little fresh lemon juice and salt if they are reluctant to eat it.

After each meal, eat a baked apple with a little butter (the size of a hazelnut) and get rid of constipation.  Of course, you can eat or grate a good number of apples with a good apple compote or every night before going to bed and tend to prevent constipation and never get infected.

Drinking a cup of fasting licorice syrup every morning is effective in treating constipation.  To do this, boil 50 g of dried licorice root in 1 liter of water for five minutes and then set aside to cool, then strain and fast.

Crush 200 grams of apple and 800 grams of zucchini and pour into a pan and add 100 grams of sugar.  Pour enough water on the material to cover it, then put on a gentle flame to cook slowly.  After it is fully cooked, add the vanilla, orange or orange peel and apply.

Fasting morning pear or pear water removes constipation.  Coarse pears have more cellulose and are more effective.

Boil about 30 grams of fresh or dried black or blueberry fruit in half a liter of water or milk and set aside for 10 minutes to cool and fast several times in the morning.

Soak the dried black aloe or plum in water and boil it for about 10 minutes and add a little fresh lemon juice while boiling.  Set aside to cool and eat this mixture in the morning and at night.

Soak about 20 grams of dried flowers or two to three grams of fresh flowers or about 50 grams of dried peach leaves in one liter of boiling water for 10 minutes.  Then smooth it and sweeten it with honey and drink two cups daily between meals.

Fast morning fresh peach juice or mango juice is very helpful in treating constipation.
