overweight, smokers, and those with a family history of colon cancer or colon polyps.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Usually, the colon polyp has no symptoms and is diagnosed during screenings such as colonoscopy.\u00a0 Colon polyps can be removed during colonoscopy.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Symptoms of Colon Polyp<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0As mentioned, colon polyps are usually asymptomatic, but in some people the following symptoms may occur:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Anal Bleeding<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Change in stool color<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Changes in bowel habits in the form of diarrhea or constipation<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pain: Large polyps can cause pain due to obstruction.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Iron deficiency anemia: Prolonged bleeding from the polyp can lead to iron deficiency
